	Richard has more than 22 years experience in corporate finance, administration and marketing in the resource sector. He is the founder and Chairman of Augusta Resource Corporation and Ventana Gold Corp. and has been involved in raising several hundred million in equity for resource companies.
	Gil Clausen
	Director, President & Chief Executive Officer
	Gil's career spans over 25 years in the mining industry with several major global and domestic mining companies. Gil held senior operations and project development positions before moving into executive roles where he was responsible for executing corporate growth strategies including development and operations for several large precious metal, base metal, and coal producing companies. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Mining Engineering from Queens University.
	Tim Baker

	Tim brings over 30 years of extensive project development and operations experience to the Company’s Board. He is currently the Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation. Prior to joining Kinross in 2006 Tim had an outstanding career with Placer Dome, where he served in several key roles including Executive General Manager of Placer Dome Chile, and Senior Vice President of the copper producing Compania Minera Zaldivar.
	Donald Clark

	Don has more than 35 years experience in the finance industry, the majority of which was spent working in Canadian banking. Mr. Clark is also a director or Wildcat Silver Corp.

	W. Durand (Randy) is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Partners, LLC, a Denver-based investment and advisory firm focused on providing strategic and business advisory services to global resource clients. Prior to founding Sierra, Randy worked in corporate development as a Vice-President at Newmont Mining Corporation.
	Chris Jennings (2,3)
	Director
	Chris brings more than 50 years experience in geology, mineral exploration, and mine development and operations to the Augusta Board. He has directed exploration projects throughout the world, and has been involved in the discovery of several gold mines and diamond and base metal deposits. Formerlly the President and Chairman of Southern Era Resources and the Chairman of Southern Era Diamonds Inc., Chris has served on the Boards of numerous exploration and mining companies throughout his lengthy career.
	Michael A. Steeves (1,2)

	Mr. Steeves has more than 35 years experience in the mining industry as a geologist, financial analyst and corporate executive. He is the former President of Zazu Metals and remains a Director. Prior to joining Zazu Metals, Mike was Vice President, Investor Relations for Glamis Gold and held comparable positions with Coeur D'Alene Mines and Homestake Mining. He is also a Director of Ventana Gold Corp.

	Bob is a professional geologist and is Executive Vice-President and COO of Osisko Exploration Ltd. Bob holds a Bachelors Degree in Geology from McGill University, and has 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and research.
