Gil Clausen
	President and Chief Executive Officer; Director
	Gil's career spans over 25 years in the mining industry with several major global and domestic mining companies. Gil held senior operations and project development positions before moving into executive roles where he was responsible for executing corporate growth strategies including development and operations for several large precious metal, base metal, and coal producing companies. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Mining Engineering from Queens University.
	Raghunath Reddy
	Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
	Raghunath (Raghu) has more than 25 years experience in the development and financing of mining, power generation and infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally. Raghu has held senior financial positions with Washington Group International, Peabody Mining Company and Morrison Knudsen Corporation. Raghu has also worked as a project engineer with companies including Williams and Schneider, Prescon Corporation, and Russell Creek Coal Company. In addition to completing his Masters in Finance, Raghu holds a Masters in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
	Lance Newman
	Vice President, Project Development
	Lance has 19 years experience in concentrating, smelting and refining operations with several successful startups in base and precious metals plant operations. He joined Augusta after working as Refinery Manager for Stillwater Mining Company, spending the eight years prior to that with Gold Fields of South Africa. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Rhodes University, he is an Advisory Board Member for the Process Plant Technology faculty at the Montana State University College of Technology. and the former Chairman of the Palladium Research Group.
	Rod Pace
	President and CEO, Rosemont Copper Company
	Rod joined Augusta in January 2008 as Vice President Operations and General Manager and was promoted to his current position in May 2009. He has more than 25 years experience in mine development and operations, working in a broad range of executive and management positions, including Vice-President of North American Operations for Washington Group International. Rod has a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, with a Minor in Mineral Economics.
	Mark Stevens
	Vice President, Exploration
	Mark joined Augusta as Chief Geologist in 2006 and has more than 27 years of technical and managerial experience in the exploration, evaluation, and mining of base and precious metals. Prior to joining Augusta, he was the Chief Geologist with Pincock, Allen & Holt, a consulting group based in Denver, Colorado. Mark holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Geology from Colorado State University, and a Masters of Science in Geology from the University of Utah.
	Jamie Sturgess
	Vice President, Sustainable Development
	Jamie has over 25 years experience in the areas of environmental management, regulatory compliance, pollution control and project management. His career has spanned from research field biologist to site environmental manager for large mining operations, and included senior exectuive positions with Cyprus Climax Metals and EnviroNet. Jamie was formerly with Stantec Consulting in the Environmental Management group, doing extensive permitting work in Arizona over the last two decades. He has earned both his Masters in Resource Management Ecology and his Bachelors in Renewable Natural Resource Management from the University of California at Davis.
	Gordon Jang
	Vice President and Controller
	Gordon has more than 14 years experience in the mining industry and has extensive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining Augusta in March 2009 he worked with Eurozinc and the Lundin Mining Corporation as Corporate Controller. Prior to that time he worked as Controller for Pan American Silver and Altoro Gold, and Assistant Controller for Equinox Resources. He is a graduate of the British Columbia institute of Technology's Financial Management program and holds a CMA designation.
	Purni Parikh
	Corporate Secretary
	Purni has 19 years experience in business administration. She has a Certificate in Business from the University of Toronto, and has completed coursework at Simon Fraser University and other institutions in various areas including business management, organizational behavior, marketing, securities, computer science and software and web design. In 1999, Purni obtained a Gemology degree with honors ranking second in Canada, and is now a fellow of Gemological Associations in Canada and Great Britain and an associate member of the Gemological Institute of America. She also holds an honours certificate in the Canadian Securities Course and has 17 years experience working with public companies in the areas of communications, investor relations and legal administration.
